German Law School 2200-1X003
The School of German Law offers a one-year course in German and European law. All classes are taught in German. The course includes 240h of lectures in law and a 30h course in German legal language, which runs parallel to the law course in the winter semester.
The course is organised in cooperation with the University of Bonn and the DAAD. The course programme covers all major branches of law. During the course, students must pass 2 tests and 5 written examinations. Graduates receive certificates of completion signed by the Deans of the WPIA UW and the Faculty of State and Law of the University of Bonn. The school has a large book collection within the WPIA UW library. An entrance exam to test your knowledge of German is mandatory. The expected level is B2-/B2.
