(in Polish) Celem zajęć jest omówienie najnowszego orzecznictwa sądów krajowych oraz międzynarodowych, a także regulacji i dokumentów programowych organizacji międzynarodowych (UE, Rada Europy, ONZ) dotyczących zagadnień środowiskowych i klimatycznych.
