Learning outcomes
Students know and understand
- legal regulations in the field of selected fields (provided for in the program of the seminar) of international law of new technologies;
- the specificity of international law as a separate legal system;
- jurisprudence of international courts and mechanisms of binding and applying international law in the internal legal order;
- causes and ways of creating international law of new technologies;
- mechanisms of functioning of the international law of new technologies in international relations;
- dependencies that exist between particular branches of international law;
- terminology relevant to international law;
- the specificity of the functioning of contemporary international law in relations between its subjects;
- challenges posed to the international law of new technologies by contemporary international relations and the development of technology;
- requirements of compliance of Polish law with international law and EU law.
