Introduction to writing a master’s thesis – methodology, topic selection, thesis plan
General principles of administrative procedure – institutional foundations
Proceedings involving entrepreneurs – participation of parties, rights, and obligations
Sector-specific proceedings:
UOKiK – antitrust proceedings
URE – energy regulatory proceedings
UTK – railway transport regulation
UKE – electronic communications regulation
UPRP – patent proceedings
ZUS – social insurance cases
Judicial review of administrative decisions – classical and hybrid models
Individual consultations – thesis plan and literature review
Semester II:
Thematic discussions based on students’ thesis topics
Presentation of thesis excerpts and critical analysis
Individual consultations (structure, footnotes, academic style)
Completion of the thesis.
