Seminar - public economic law and administrative proceedings 2200-1M074
The main goal of the seminars is to improve student's knowledge of the law on business activity, also anti-trust proceedings by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection ("UOKiK") proceedings before Energy Regulatory Office, Financial Supervision Authority, etc. The seminar focus on such topics as financial law, capital markets law, energetic law, pharamceutical law, competition law, including anti-trust law, mergers & aquisitions, IT-law, artificial intelligence - etc. The basic idea is to show to the student as many as possible practical examples with which a lawyer may confront in a future. Topics of the seminars may be proposed by the attending students. The topics of the seminars may also refer to the actual problems of the law on business activity and newest important economical facts.
