Seminar - The Anatomy of Corporate Law 2200-1M018
The primary purpose of the seminar is to prepare students to write their own master's thesis. The subject of the course covers selected methodology issues and the principles of literary analysis.
Specific commercial law issues, particularly those related to the topics of students' theses, are also discussed at the seminar.

Learning outcomes
During the seminar, the student acquires the ability to:
1) select the literature appropriate for the topic of the prepared thesis,
2) prepare an extended written comment on the selected topic,
3) present the main issues of the thesis in form of a synthetic lecture given at the seminar.
Assessment criteria
In order to complete the seminar, each student is obliged to submit a master's thesis. Each tutor might provide the students with additional conditions necessary to fulfil in order to complete the course. Any additional conditions should be presented to the students no later than in the first classes in each semester.

Course materials are indicated in advance by the tutors. The selection of literature depends on the specific issues discussed at the seminar.
Literature and materials necessary to prepare the master thesis should be collected and elaborated by each student himself. Particular choices might e consulted with the promoter of the thesis.
