Learning outcomes
After completing the course, which includes a lecture and practical classes, the student understands the fundamentals of intellectual property law and its impact on economic and social life. The student acquires not only a basic range of knowledge concerning intellectual property but also becomes familiar with specific issues of the greatest importance. The student is also able to describe the basic structures and their essential features, which allows for an understanding of the functioning of the intellectual property protection system. The student possesses the ability to identify issues related to intellectual property.
