Labour Law 2200-1B057
Lecture includes general part of labour law, individual and collective labour law and some elements of social insurance of employees related to employment relationship. General part concerns subject, principles and sources of labour law. Individual labour law presents rights and duties of employees and employers (employment relationship). Especially, aforementioned refers to arising and ending of employment relationship, working time, material liability, leaves, remuneration, occupational healthy and safe, youth employment, maternity protection.
Collective labour law concerns relations between employers (or organizations of employers) and trade unions, especially freedom of association, collective bargaining, collective agreements, strike. Lecture includes also state support of employment and ease of effects of unemployment, state supervision over employment (national labour inspectorate), liability for offences against employee right and disputes in employment relations.
