1) The course will be analyzed following areas of concern:
NGOs to outline the theoretical - the essence, the nature, the typology of non-governmental organizations (associations, foundations, public benefit organization - OPP, OPP privileges, duties OPP), the legal basis for the operation of non-governmental organizations at the national level European procedure for establishment of an NGO, benchmarks for the establishment of organizations bodies with powers to establish the organization, members of the organization, registration organizations - the necessary documents and registration procedure, to discuss the organization's statutes - adoption statutes of the organization, regulation organization - adopting the rules of organization, decision-making procedure in the non-governmental organization - the legal basis, the choice of the board, audit committee, board of directors, the organization competencies, define the general meeting, the procedure for selecting members of the organization, representation organizations outside the term of office of the bodies , authorities, organizations reporting to the National Court Register - NCR, sanctioning activities of the organization, contracting organization in the proxy, bookkeeping , records of fixed assets , inventory assets of the organization, the codes PKD - Polish Classification of Activities, KRS - responsibilities of NGOs in the OPP - the purpose of registration in the National Court Register, funding non-governmental organization - membership fees, donations, grants, 1% , etc. , running a business organization, taxes and charges NGOs outflow of cash in an organization, the cooperation of NGOs with public ( government -specific, role and rule -making cooperation by the organization of the public administration - examples of associations and foundations working with the public administration, the definition of to cooperation, collaboration and business NGOs , the position of NGOs in the European Union, the advocacy of NGOs in Poland and the European Union.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students:
a) in terms of knowledge: has a detailed knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of democracy and civil society in the EU and the Member States (K_W06), has a detailed knowledge of the norms and rules of legal and organizational structure - the European Union's decision-making with the manifestations of the operation (K_W11), has in-depth knowledge of how citizen participation in the European decision-making processes (K_W12);
b) skills: is able to observe and interpret social phenomena taking place in Europe and the European Union, and analyze the impact of phenomena and processes on a micro - and macro-scale the internal and external dimensions of the European Union (K_U02), examine specific issues (from the social, political, economic, European Union and Europe) and their proposed solutions, and on the foundation of the science in this area is recommended only original settlement (K_U08);
c) in respect of social skills: can interact and work together in a group with diversified business structure and serving in the various roles (K_K03), correctly identifies and resolves dilemmas of working in the profession and involvement in the public sphere (K_K06), is interested and able to represent the interests of the student institutionalized manner, taking into account the social and civic political, economic and legal aspects of the initiatives (K_K09).

• presence control (allowed two absences);
• activity, check preparation for classes, class participation, group work;
• speech problem (presentation on the issue of problem).
