After completing the course a student:
- knows basic UE directives and regulations related to consumer protection (K_W07),
- understands the impact of EU consumer protection policy on respective regulations in member states (K_W08).
- knows consumer protection legal framework in the EU (K_W07),
- understands the impact of consumer protection law on customers' and firm's behaviour (K_W07),
- understands the importance of customer rights (K_W12)
