Learning outcomes
After the course the student has basic knowledge of the international relations in Asia-Pacific. The student knows the characteristics of the region and it's specific traits, can also identify the key problems and conflicts. The student is also able to describe the politics of most important states within the region of East Asia and Asia Pacific.

Class participation 30%
Students' project: 20%
Final exam: 50 % (essay)
