Learning outcomes
The student becomes aware of the practical participation in various forms of official meetings, with particular emphasis on diplomatic relations within the EU and the organization and functioning of the EU's external service. After completing the course the student recognizes the basic rules for a variety of official relations, both from the point of view of the organizer and participant in this kind of meetings.

Assessment criteria
Attendance monitoring: exceeding the limit of 2 absences means that students must pass an oral assessment on the course topic during a teaching office hour; continuous assessment (ongoing preparation for classes and participation); final written assessment in the form of a test – closed-ended questions
Rules for the use of AI: level 1 on a scale of 1–5, in accordance with Resolution 29/2025 of the Teaching Council
