Prerequisites (description)

The student shall be familiar with basic notions and principles of Public International Law (including International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law).

Learning outcomes

Student knows basic terms of international criminal law, knows legal regulations of ICL, make distinction between different institutions; analyses, interprets sources of ICL, solves short cases. He is able to assess whether international crimes were committed and if it is possible to hold perpetrators accountable.
