Prerequisites (description)

Student should have finished the course on public international law. The aim of the course is to revise knowledge from PIL and discuss the current problems and tendencies in international law in light of recent events.

Learning outcomes

Students knows IL terms and is able to apply them to the description of current situation. Student uses sources of IL and interpreted them.
