Learning outcomes
Knowledge of the functioning of the labour market economy in the modern world.
Knowledge of the mechanisms of formation, regulation and development of labor relations, the importance of collective disputes, counteracting the emergence of conflicts in organisations as well as possible response to the situations that arise.
Ability to formulate, analyze and solve problems related to the functioning of the organisation in the context of labor relations and industrial relations.
The ability to effectively present in oral and written form the results of own research and analyses in the area of collective disputes and conflicts in the organisation.
K_W01 - the student knows and understands the specifics of political and administrative sciences in relations to background of other sciences and the place of labor sciences within social sciences;
K-W05 - the student knows and understands in practice the tools for obtaining data on social ties, norms and rules produced in the context of work and created by institutions, structures and organisations;
K_U01 - the student is able to use knowledge in the field of labor sciences for practical purposes to analyse and interpret social processes and phenomena occurring in the area of labor and labor market.
