K_W06 The student knows the economic, social, legal and ethical conditions for the implementation of public policy and the functioning of enterprises in the area of labour and industrial relations, with particular emphasis on the impact of technological changes and their consequences.

Course outcome
1. The student is ready to organise and inspire entrepreneurial activities on his own or in a group of other people.
2. The student has competence to perform various professional, managerial, managerial and other roles in the social environment in which he or she operates.
3. The student understands the need to fulfil professional roles responsibly and ethically in the organisation in which he/she functions.
Additionally, after completing the course, the student:
1. Knows the principles and mechanisms of management sciences that help in making rational decisions regarding the functioning of the organisation and contribute to achieving its goals.
2. The student can perform various management roles in organisations, including in crisis conditions.
Assessment criteria
Attendance. Activity during classes and realisation of tasks, including participation in a discussion, conducting SWOT analysis, preparation of a case study. Partial credit exams during the course.
