THE GRADUATE KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS:
K_W01 - theoretical categories used in remuneration methodologies and practices. Assumptions of remuneration policies and motivation systems.
K_W02 – theories of motivation affecting commitment and job satisfaction, related to remuneration as a motivator.
K_W03 - basics and assumptions of the methodology for evaluating job positions and building pay scales
K_W04 – assumptions regarding the theory of balanced remuneration
THE GRADUATE IS ABLE TO:
K_U01 – distinguish and name the elements of the remuneration policy and recognize their functions and goals
K_U02 – use the basic elements of job evaluation
K_U03 – interpret simple payroll reports for various types of positions
THE GRADUATE IS READY TO:
K_K01 – active participation in the implementation work of project teams in the area of remuneration, as an active team member
K_K02 - conducting a substantive and constructive discussion on the effectiveness of the solutions implemented in the organization in the field of remuneration and motivation systems
