Recruitment and selection of employees 2103-ORP-L-D6RSPR

During the workshop, using the previously acquired knowledge and skills acquired during the internship , students , working in groups, will implement a recruitment project, going through the various stages of the recruitment and selection processes: starting with the creation of a job description and the preparation of a candidate profile, through the preparation of the recruitment process, the analysis of the application documents, the check of the the competence of candidates for employment, and the skillful conduct of an interview

Prerequisites (description)

The student has knowledge of the functioning of the enterprise, understands the role of employees in the development processes of the enterprise, knows the basic problems of the labor market in Poland, can cooperate in a group.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student, taking into account the existing conditions of the operation of the organisation and the labor market, is able to study the following.
- prepare and carry out the selection recruitment process,
- conduct analysis of recruitment documents and conduct interviews
- to cooperate in a team, plan, and organise its work
The student is prepared to:
- Creation of projects in the field of recruitment and selection processes in the organisation , and as an employee of the company, external, is able to analyse and use expert knowledge, and analyze case studies in the field of recruitment selection
- Conduct recruitment projects under different organisational conditions, changing economic, social, political, and labor market situations

Assessment criteria

- attendance
-active participation in the work of the group
-assessment of the group-prepared recruitment task report
