These studies enable the implementation of tasks in the field of job placement, referred to in the Act on the promotion and institutions of the labour market (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 735, as amended).

The concept of employment agency in legal provisions: Act of April 20, 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 735, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of May 14, 2014 on the application of conditions for implementation and tribunals and methods of conducting labor market services (Journal of Laws 14.667).
Preparation of job offers by the employer. Anti-discrimination laws.
Preparing a CV and skillfully presenting yourself.
Recruitment methods and techniques.
Public job placement.
EURES – European employment services.
Private employment agency. Employment agencies.
Work in a specialized store/company/HR department.
Matching offers to the unemployed - official activities. Correct job offer.
Industry analysis - large and small companies, speeds, specifics, who they employ, what job offers, what features, what earnings, promotion opportunities, future opportunities, introduction of new technologies, etc.

K_U03 - the student is able to use knowledge and analytical tools to forecast the practical consequences of changes taking place in the field of work, including selecting and applying advanced information and communication techniques in the field of job placement (effective recruitment, appropriate preparation of a job offer, etc.).
K_K01 - the student is ready to practically use knowledge in professional activities; recognizing the importance of knowledge in the field of social sciences, work sciences, etc. in everyday functioning, with particular emphasis on job placement at home and abroad, recruitment methods, including the use of artificial intelligence in these processes.
K_K04 - the student is ready to take an active attitude towards the world around him, including initiating activities for public interest, appropriately planning the tasks it undertakes and solving problems occurring during their implementation. In the field of job placement, this will include: preparation of a job offer by the employer, knowledge of anti-discrimination regulations, preparation of a CV and skillful presentation of oneself in it, knowledge of recruitment methods and techniques.
Assessment criteria
Attendance at classes (2 unexcused absences are allowed). Additional absences must be recorded individually by the person conducting the classes. More than 50% absences will result in failure to pass the course.
Activity - developing a task indicated by the lecturer (for assessment).
For the exam, the student should prepare a job offer according to the instructions provided by the instructor.
