During the course of the workshop, issues such as: factors influencing the team building process and the stages of its formation and development; roles in a team and their importance in the implementation of tasks by the group; the influence of group processes on the work of a team (group thinking, group cohesion, persuasion, facilitation and social vacuum, group polarisation, stress) will be addressed.
In addition to theoretical issues, which will require independent study, didactic games and exercises will be proposed during the course of the workshop, depending on the possibilities arising from the number of workshop participants and the premises.

Learning outcomes
In terms of knowledge, students will learn about the elements of team building, stages of group development, roles in a team, the role of a group leader, factors influencing groupthink, team processes and their impact on task performance.
Students will practice teamwork skills, team communication, performing designated roles during teamwork, and analyse team processes.
The classes will serve to fulfil the learning outcomes specified in the study programme:
K_U04 - the student is able to evaluate and manage the processes occurring in the labour area and on the labour market, being aware of the normative character of the choices made;
K_U08 - build a task team, plan and organise its work and cooperate actively with others.

Attendance in class
Completion of partial assignments.
Credit work in the form of a presentation
Exact assessment criteria will be given at the beginning of the semester.
