2. Characteristics of different groups of clients seeking support in career guidance (long-term unemployed, women returning to the labour market, NEET group, people 50+, people with a disability certificate, etc.).
3. The role of stereotypes in the work of a career counsellor with various groups of clients.
4. Counselling interview – a basic tool in individual counselling.
5. Diagnostic tools in the work of a career counsellor (Questionnaire of Professional Interests of the National Labour Union, Tool for Competence Assessment of the National Bank of Poland, Multidimensional Questionnaire of Preferences of the National Bank of Poland)
6. Diagnostic tool in the work of a career counsellor (Holland Personality Test, Anchors
Schein and other diagnostic tools available on the Internet)
7. Methods and techniques in career guidance (Educational Method, Competence Audit Method)
8. Methods and techniques in career counseling (Parachute Method, Motivational Dialogue)
9. Methods and techniques in career counseling (Sociodynamic Counseling, coaching methods and techniques, work on metaphors, art techniques)
10. Clients' attitude towards changes in the professional sphere (job loss, long-term unemployment, burnout).
11. Stages of professional decision-making – searching for the client's resources.
12. Professional goals – principles of planning and development of the client's professional career.
13. Case study – practical use of career guidance methods and techniques in the counselling process.
14. Labour market – methods of active job search, rules for writing application documents and preparation for an interview.
15. A test verifying the knowledge acquired during a series of workshops.
