Learning outcomes
Familiarization with labour market policy institutions. Knowledge of the public employment services system. Knowledge about the functioning of labour market institutions in Poland. Basic knowledge about solutions for the functioning of labour market entities in the EU.
• The student has knowledge of the norms and rules organizing work and the labour market and the social structures and institutions created on their basis (K_W03);
• The student understands the importance and principles of social policy in the sphere of the labour market, in particular in relation to labour market instruments (K_W13);
• The student is able to critically analyze social programs and social policy activities on various scales and fields (K_U03);
• The student is able to indicate the most important axiological and practical dilemmas in the professional work of a social politician or social worker - in relation to labour market instruments - and propose possible solutions (K_U06)
• The student correctly identifies and resolves dilemmas related to the selection and use of individual labour market instruments (K_K04);
• The student is able to build a task team at work and actively cooperate with other people within it (K_K05).
Assessment criteria
Pass conditions:
1. Attendance at classes (2 unexcused absences are allowed).
2. Activity - developing the task indicated by the lecturer.
3. Exam - knowledge test.
