Administrative Law 2103-NOR-M-D3PRAD
The subject contains three parts:
1.Theoretical – legal issues (for instance: definition of administration, administrative law),
2.Organisation and relations in public administration in Poland (for instance: institutions of governmental administration, organs of local government and competitions of these entities),
3.Legal forms of activity in public administration.

Learning outcomes
After the course student should be able to define terms in the field of administrative law, know the organization structure and rules of public administration in the Republic of Poland, know basic acts of administrative law.
Assessment criteria
The student grade will be based on their knowledge and skills which will be checked during the exam. According to the syllabus student should be able to
•define basic terminology in the field of public administration and administrative law,
•identify and describe institutions of public administration in the Republic of Poland,
•know acts of administrative law
