After completing the course, the student:
KNOWLEDGE
K_W02 - knows and understands the current case law of the ECJ in the discussed field of law, taking into account the content of primary and secondary law acts that are the subject of interpretation
K_W03 - knows and understands the differences in the application of law in the scope of EU policies
K_W04 - knows and understands the basic principles, objectives and basic concepts in the scope of EU institutional law
K_W05 - knows and understands Knew and understood the structure of the sources of EU law
SKILLS
K_U02 - is able to interpret the legal regulations learned and relate them to the case law of the ECJ
K_U03 - is able to solve legal problems and simple cases in the scope of EU institutional and constitutional law
K_U08 - is able to independently acquire knowledge on the functioning of the EU using various sources of information and modern technologies
K_U09 - is able to evaluate and critically analyze phenomena concerning the EU legal system and its relationship to national law
K_U10 - is able to collect, prioritize and process information and create individual and group written works and projects on specific issues using basic theoretical approaches and various sources
