The subject "Information Security of the State" addresses contemporary threats to the state and their impact on society and state policy. The contemporary information space and the threats within it will be analyzed, with particular reference to disinformation and propaganda. Attention will also be focused on the state's role in ensuring information security in relation to the values of democratic systems, freedom of speech, and the right to access public information.

Prerequisites (description)

The subject of State Information Security covers contemporary threats to the state and their impact on society and state policy. Before beginning the course, students should understand the essence of security, its classification, the determinants of the state, and how to shape its strength (power).

elements of the national security system responsible for the state's information security; (K_W08)
the basics of intellectual property protection. (K_W09)

selecting appropriate defense solutions against hostile narratives; (K_U03)
