The subject is an introduction to issues related to the protection of intellectual property under Polish (national) law and international legal norms.
During the course, students will be introduced to the concept of intellectual property; national regulations in this area; selected elements of international law regulations and issues related to free licenses and their use.

Assessment criteria
Attendance at classes - if the limit of 1 allowed absence is exceeded, all absences on duty are counted (weight 10%)
Final test in written form (weight 90%)
