During the lecture, the following concepts are discussed: work, exploitation fields, moral rights, and economic rights. Additionally, the basic principles of using third-party creations are covered, with particular emphasis on permissible private use. Furthermore, special attention is given to the lawful principles of quoting. The lecture also briefly addresses the challenges related to the protection of creativity that arise from the use of artificial intelligence.
