How to perform in public and communicate effectively? Public speaking in front of the audience. How to prepare multimedia presentations (basic rules). Presentation of research results and other data. Communicating with the audience of the presentation in English.

The student:
● Is able to communicate on specialist topics to a degree enabling active participation in the international scientific environment.
● Can use English at B2 level.
● Is able to select and prepare content for their presentation in front of the audience.
● Is able to properly prepare the content and conduct of their presentation.
● Can present their content to the audience.
● Has mastered the techniques and tools of public speaking.
Assessment criteria
Description of the requirements related to participation in the classes, including the permissible number of absences subject to excuse
Active participation in each class (participation in tasks to be performed), one permissible absence subject to excuse. Remote classes, preferably participation with your cameras and microphones on.
Rules for crediting the classes (including make-up examination)
Based on the student’s activity and commissioned projects.
Make-up in the form of an additional project to be made.
Methods of verification of learning outcomes
Presence, activity, projects and presentations.
evaluation criteria
Completion of more than 51% of the required number of points.
