A Critical Approach to Human Resource Management 1600-SZD-SPEC-PK-ZJ
During the course, we will analyze the HRM context from a critical thinking perspective. During the course, among others: we will consider what HRM is and whether it should be defined as such, we will summarize the basic concepts of HRM and contextualize them in organizations, taking into account socio-cultural, legal and political, economic and technological contexts, as well as local contexts. HRM has limited value if cultural and institutional contexts are not fully taken into account.Strategic human resource management and its long-term reference framework focus on the links between human resource practices, the availability of suitable employees, and organizational performance in the markets in which these organizations exist..
