Andragogical contexts of human development in adulthood 1600-SZD-SPEC-AK-PED
The aim of the classes is to critically reflect on the interpenetrating interpretations of human development in adulthood in the context of broadly understood activities undertaken by the subject in the area of formal, non-formal and informal learning and improvement. The discourse from an andragogical perspective will cover both basic concepts, such as: adulthood, development or learning, and also patterns of social or cultural practicing oneself at various stages of life in adulthood. The subject of reflection will be activities belonging to the personal sphere, as well as those whose performance and constant updating is possible only in the social/public space, because it is associated with the need to take on social roles, the performance of which often requires demonstrating new or at least different educational activity than previously practiced.

Assessment criteria
Description of requirements related to participation in classes, including the permitted number of explained absences: Participation in classes requires familiarization with a specific type of knowledge sources assigned to classes (reading a fragment of a book, article, familiarizing yourself with visual or audio material, but it can also be a request to take part in a currently ongoing, free event). Knowledge of the issues will be verified at the beginning of classes (exercises) in the form of a written quiz. PhD students who miss more than two exercise meetings will be required to supplement their knowledge on their own - the form of this task will be determined individually. The permissible number of absences from lectures and exercises excused by indisposition is one meeting.
Principles for passing the classes and the subject (including resit session): individual classes are credited based on attendance. The subject will be credited by positive acceptance of the critical-recommendatory essay of the selected event. Resit credit requires a conversation between the student and the subject instructor about the deficiencies of the submitted essay.
Methods for the verification of learning outcomes: written work
Evaluation criteria: The structure of the essay, the coherence of the premises used to support the critical argument, and the completeness of the proposed recommendation in the submitted essay.
