(in Polish) Indywidualny warsztat metodyczny 1600-SZD-N-IWM-PA
Individual methodological workshops are designed to assist doctoral students in preparing to independently lead teaching classes at a university. The PhD student prepares and conducts classes under the supervision of the course coordinator. The first hour of individual consultations is dedicated to class preparation, while the subsequent hour is allocated for discussing the conducted classes.
During the hour devoted to preparing the doctoral student for conducting the sessions, the following aspects are addressed:
Defining the class's purpose and desired outcomes;
Exploring suitable teaching methods for the planned topic, including a discussion of the pros and cons of various approaches;
Identifying potential challenges that may arise during the classes;
Receiving guidance on methodological approaches, recommended teaching materials, and evaluating the achieved learning outcomes.
In the meeting focused on discussing the conducted sessions, the student presents a self-assessment, and a conversation ensues regarding the outcomes and impact of the classes.
