The course helps to develop skills connected to the active use of sociological imagination (C. Wright Mills) in relation to organizations.
Objectives and scope:
• To learn about the use of archetypical thinking for organizational praxis
• To apply these methods in the exploration of contemporary organizations
• To problematize social practices and actively look for constructive solutions to occurring problems
• To think laterally about organizing and organizations
• To understand the empirical base for contemporary theorizing about organizations and organizing
To acquire basic skills needed for systems thinking

Assessment criteria
Description of requirements related to participation in classes, including the permitted number of explained absences: 30% absence allowed
Principles for passing the classes and the subject (including resit session): presentation of own project in class
