Ageing societies – interdisciplinary perspectives 1600-SZD-ID-ASIP
The classes introduce the issues related to global phenomena affecting families in different parts of the world, as well as the ways in which families and individuals cope with them. They begin with a discussion of the phenomenon of glocalization. The classes address the challenges of climate change, the globalization of intimacy, the difficulties of balancing professional work and family life, and responsible parenting.

Assessment criteria
Description of requirements related to participation in classes, including the permitted number of explained absences:- May miss maximum of 2 classes

Methods for the verification of learning outcomes:In order to successfully accomplish the course PhD students:Actively participate in group and forum works and discussions, Prepare 1 group presentation on a chosen text form the list, Write 1 essay on a chosen video material [ted talk, documentary, etc.] of 2 Word pages, TNR, 1.5 interline, normal margins
Evaluation criteria: precence (10%), presentation (30%), group discussions (30%), essay (30%)
