(in Polish) Presentation skills 1500-SDN-WP-PS
Public speaking may be challenging, especially in a foreign language. It requires not only a good general knowledge of the language but also the ability to speak persuasively and in accordance with the pragmatics of the language. In this course, participants will learn the principles and techniques of public speaking in English. Specifically, they will learn how to connect with an audience, how to structure a presentation and effectively use visual aids, what language and grammar to use, how to present statistics, and how to answer audience questions. The overall goal of the course is to prepare participants for public speaking at international conferences.
