(in Polish) Late Antique Seminar I 1500-SDN-SI-LAS
The full programme is published before the beginning of each semester at the seminar website: https://lateantiqueseminar.historia.uw.edu.pl/
The seminar brings together a group of historians, archaeologists, Roman jurists, epigraphists, and classicists sharing an interest in Late Antiquity. Every week, a member of the UW community or a guest speaker presents a seminar paper, followed by a discussion. Although this follows a classical seminar format, the high quality of both the audience and speakers from all over the world makes it one of the best late antique seminars in Europe and an excellent learning environment for doctoral students in Late Antiquity, Byzantine Studies, and Early Medieval History. Please note that the seminar is open only to students in these fields. Before signing up, you must contact one of the conveners and present your doctoral project to obtain their approval.
