Research grants application and management 1500-SDN-PIPB-H2
This course is to provide PhD students with basic skills related to the preparation and management of research grants. They will learn how to convert their own research plans into grant projects. Participants will be informed about national grant competitions appropriate to their stage of research career and will learn how to prepare the various elements of a grant application, including a description of the research and draft grant budget. They will also complete these tasks on their own, using the NCN Preludium grant application as an example.

Assessment criteria
pass/fail (ZAL). Credit is based on active participation in class (one absence is permitted) and completion of all tasks indicated by the tutors.
