1. Organization of laboratory of cells cultures; preparing materials and solutions for cell cultures; sterilization
2. Cultures of cell lines. Cell culture of not adherent cells HL60 and adherent cells A431
- freezing procedure and recovery of cells from liquid nitrogen
- measurement of survival rate
- measurement of cells growth in culture
- passage of adherent and not adherent cells
- Giemsa-MayGrunwald staning
- immunocytochemical localization of cytoskeletal proteins, confocal microscopy
3. Obtaining of primary cell culture from chicken embryo
- culture of fibroblasts, myocytes and retina cells
- Giemsa-MayGrunwald staining of explants
- differentiation of retina cells - Karnowski-Roots reaction
4. Culture of myoblasts cell line C2C12
- freezing of C2C12 cells and recovery of cells from liquid nitrogen
- observation of myoblasts diffrentiation
