Information and communication technologies and distance learning 1400-012TIK
The aim of the course is to increase students' knowledge of various modern forms of education, including:
- education through (interactive) platforms for remote learning,
- education through the use of blended learning, and
- real-time streaming of teaching activities;
- familiarization with the specifics of remote classes and methods of developing remote classes.
The course will cover the following topics:
- distance learning,
- platforms for visualizing the teaching process,
- information presentation, communication, user interaction, gamification, and
- elements of virtual reality,
- remote learning programs and platforms,
- interaction tools,
- tools facilitating the evaluation of the teaching-learning process, collecting, organizing, and sharing information from the web,
- virtual whiteboards and collections,
- artificial intelligence in education.
45 hours - exercises, 20 hours - preparation of final assignments, 10 hours - participation in the MOOC course.
