Learning outcomes
After learning the the messages to the lecture, the student:
- Recognize the different types of drilling rigs and equipment and drilling tools, their purpose and method of use;
- Determine the suitability of different types of drilling rigs and drilling technologies for solving geological;
- Sets depending on the geological conditions of tasks requirements and test specifications for the project execution of boreholes;
- Knows how to retrieve samples from drilling material and assess its suitability for further research;
- Perform the geological profile of the borehole;
- Monitors compliance with the performance downhole geological and technical design of the borehole;
- Settles formal and substantive implementation of the borehole.
Assessment criteria
Written test.
