Speciation Analysis in Natural Samples 1200-2SPEC382M
Targets: planning of the scheme of analysis, sampling of the biological material with speciation stability, sample pretreatment - stabilization of chemical forms of elements, an indication of the sources of errors affecting the original speciation, the influence of chemical form of element on its toxicity, speciation analysis and fractionation (physical and chemical fractionation), methods of sample preparation (digestion, extraction and accelatared extractions, solid phase extraction), availability and the role of certified reference materials in speciation analysis, sources of errors in speciation designations, analytical methods applied for identification and determination of particular chemical form of elements, isotope fractionation, isotope dilution method, environmental risk assessment of ecological accidents/disasters, methods of phytoremediation.
The set of classes is a lecture with the active participation of students and exercises in the form of the student's own work with the teacher.
