Lectures cover the following subjects: principles of capillary electrophoresis, electrohoresis and electroosmotic flow, factors affecting separation and efficiency, instrumental and operational aspects of capillary electrophoresis. Fundamentals of different modes of capillary electrophoresis capillary zone electrophoresis, micellar electrokinetic chromatography, capillary gel electrophoresis, isoelectric focusing and their application will also be presented
