Engineering Seminar 1200-1ZMSEMINZ7
The first meeting provides an introduction to writing a thesis and abstract. Under the supervision of the teacher, the student prepares an abstract, which should be submitted no later than one week before the first presentation session.
The abstract is a description of the research (containing at least 300 to a maximum of 600 words) – an aim a hypothesis, an indication of the research's applicability, and a discussion of other existing solutions.
Presentations take place in the second half of the semester, after consultation with the project supervisor and/or the instructor. They last approximately 30 minutes, including discussion. During the engineering seminar, students prepare a presentation outlining the assumptions of their thesis project, research goals, hypotheses, the method of their verification, and the research results obtained. Active participation in project discussions.
