Seminar "Theory of elementary particles and cosmology" 1102-5sTCEiK
The seminars take place within the year-long cycle organized by the Chair of Theory of Particles and Fundamental Interactions, together with the Chair of Theory of Strong and Electroweak Interactions. The main purpose of this cycle from the students' perspective is acquring broad knowledge of the most recent advances in elementary particle physics, as well as related branches of astrophysics and cosmology.
The speakers present currently studied problems within widely understood theory of fundamental interactions, new theoretical ideas, and tests of theoretical models against experimental data.
The talks are presented in English by the staff members, PhD students and invited guests.
