Student team projects 2 1100-ZPS2
The implementation of projects by student teams is intended to help students acquire and develop competences regarding:
cooperation in a group
planning
achieving the set goal
fairly assessing the contribution of group members
specialized issues related to the subject of the project
The topic of the project should be related - at least partially - to physics. Projects may include, among others: on:
preparing and conducting the experiment
creating a computer program
building an electronic or mechanical system
preparing a new lecture show or laboratory exercise
creating multimedia material
preparing the article
developing an innovative solution and preparing its description for a patent application
Students can influence the final topic of the project by agreeing changes with their supervisor. The final decision about the possibility, conditions of implementation and purpose of the project is made by the project supervisor.
The team should consist of at least 3 and no more than 5 students. The number of students on a team should be proportional to the work necessary to complete the project.
Select the group assigned to the topic of interest. A description of the groups can be found on the page.

In addition to registering in USOS, you should send information about your willingness to implement the project to the potential team supervisor (author of the proposed topic).
Groups selected by fewer than 3 students will not be started.
Students agree on all important decisions regarding the project among themselves and with their supervisor. All activities should be carried out in such a way as to ensure occupational health and safety. Students, with the consent of their guardian and under his supervision, may use the rooms and devices provided by the guardian. In the future, students will be able to use dedicated rooms and the help of technical staff.

Assessment criteria
A necessary condition for team members to obtain credit is to prepare a publicly available report, published on the Internet, containing a list of authors, information about the supervisor and summarizing the course and results of the project. As far as the project is concerned, the project results in electronic form (computer programs, graphics, films, etc.) should be made available under free licenses such as GNU GPL in the case of computer programs or CC-BY-SA in the case of other works. All project participants take part in determining the final grades and how they are determined, and the final decision is made by the supervisor. The condition for obtaining a positive assessment should be a clear indication of the contribution of the assessed person to the final result.
The supervisor independently enters the grades in USOS (after the deadline by the Dean's Office) and sends the coordinator a link to the public report.
