(in Polish) Work placement 1100-WP
The aim of the work placement, or professional internships, is to familiarize students with the socio-economic environment relevant to their field of study. Internships can be carried out in research institutions, companies, and organizations that conduct scientific research, implement its results, or utilize the effects of scientific research. The internship supervisor, study program director, or student affairs vice-dean directs the student to internships upon their request. Students may apply to the student affairs vice-dean to have their professional internships recognized as part of their professional work during studies or economic activities conducted during their studies. In such cases, students must submit documents specifying the scope of their activities in professional work or economic activities, along with a justification demonstrating that the above-mentioned substantive conditions are met. Professional internships can be carried out at locations indicated by the students. The decision in this matter is made by the internship supervisor, study program director, or the vice-dean for student affairs, taking into account the substantive conditions described above.
