Prerequisites (description)
The course is designed for students with programming skills and who have taken (or are simultaneously taking) a course on Hydrodynamics and Elasticity.

Assessment criteria
The completion of this course will be assessed based on:
- one mid term exam (40%)
- theoretical and numerical home exercises (30%)
- written report on the main numerical project performed by the student (30%)
Attendance at lectures and tutorials is encouraged, but is not compulsory.
