(in Polish) Physics Laboratory for Advanced B 1100-3009EN
The main goal of the Physics Laboratory for Advanced "B" is to introduce students to the experimental methods used in various branches of physics. Under supervision of laboratory staff students performs two experiments related to:
- nuclear and elementary particles physics
- solid state physics
- optics.
Experiments are performed individually. Time needed for one experiment is from two to four weeks. As a summary of the experimental work the scientific report is prepared.
For a final grade the experimental work, the report, as well as the preliminary exam and final discussion are taken into account.

Learning outcomes
In the laboratory course students will become familiar with various experimental methods used in various branches of physics: subatomic physics, solid state physics and optics.
Assessment criteria
The final grade is given by the average of the grades of each of the exercises. The grade of each exercise is determined by the assistant on the basis of all elements of the exercise - realising the experimental part, the report and the results of the colloquium before before the measurement and at the end.
