Digital signal processing 1000-2D97PI
The course is open to students with different academic backgrounds (mathematics and informatics) to those mentioned above wishing to obtain accelerated training in the field of DSP and applied imaging science.
The necessary level of mathematics is covered by mathematical courses from first two year of informatics programme. Some computing experience is also desirable but not essential (research with system like MATHEMATICA is also possible).
1. theory of signal processing
2. signal and system
3. definitions
4. properties
5. representations
6. transform techniques
7. analog/digital connections
8. design of digital signal systems
9. analog and digital filters
10. design of FIR and IIR filters
11. design systems with AI techniques
12.adaptation filtering
13. application of digital signal processing
14. compression algorithm
15. filter and decision system for audio signals, speech signal, biomedical signals
