Numerical Methods 1000-1S96MN
The seminar is led by Numerical Analysis Group (NAG). Themes of Master Theses are suggested by members of NAG and related to the following subjects:
- computational complexity of continuous problems and their solving; quantum computations,
- methods of discretization of PDEs and their analyzes and implementation, in particular parallel algorithm for solving these discretization,
- approximation theory, in particular wavelets and their using in practical computations,
- computational graphics and visualization of data.
Themes of Master theses can be suggested by persons who are not connected with NAG if suggested themes contain numerical aspects.
