Po ukończeniu tego kursu, student:
WIEDZA
− Ma pogłębioną wiedzę na temat wybranych klasycznych autorów literatury amerykańskiej
− Ma pogłębioną wiedzę na temat współczesnych podejść krytycznych do wczesnej literatury amerykańskiej
UMIEJĘTNOŚCI
− potrafi przeprowadzić analizę tekstu stosując oryginalne podejścia, uwzględniając nowe osiągnięcia dyscyplin filologicznych
− posiada pogłębioną umiejętność przygotowania wyczerpujących wystąpień ustnych na tematy poruszane w trakcie kursu,
− potrafi wyszukiwać, analizować i użytkować informacje, wykorzystując różne źródła oraz formułować na tej podstawie krytyczne sądy
KOMPETENCJE
− Dzięki pracom grupowym na zajęciach, student potrafi kierować małym zespołem, przyjmując odpowiedzialność za efekty jego pracy
− rozumie znaczenie ciągłego kształcenia się i rozwoju w zakresie literatury amerykańskiej
− śledzi zmieniające się poejścia krytyczne do wczesnej literatury amerykańskiej
Kryteria oceniania
Ostateczna ocena za kurs będzie uwzględniała następujące kryteria:
1. Obecność – zaleca się by być obecnym na wszystkich zajęciach; dopuszczalne są tylko dwie nieobecności nieusprawiedliwione
2. Aktywny udział w dyskusjach na zajęciach – 30% ostatecznej oceny.
3. 2 testy, jeden w połowie semestru, drugi końcowy - w sumie 40% ostatecznej oceny
4. Końcowy esej 30%

78-89 – 4
90-100 – 5
